The Trust Fund is designed to assist retirees and their spouses/surviving spouses who suddenly find themselves faced with unexpected medical expenses that are not covered by our private insurance plan or any other Government assisted programs.

How to apply for assistance is outlined in the Rules and Guidelines.  All the information you need for applying for assistance is available on this page of the website or by contacting the Retiree Emergency Trust Fund Committee, or the Trailblazers Executive, or your Area Representatives.

 If you are not a member of the Retiree Emergency Trust Fund and would like to join, or if you are a member and would like to increase the amount you contribute, please complete a Membership Card and return it to:
